*The offer is calculated considering a 1 Acre plot (i.e. 40 Guntha or 43560 Sqft). However, all plots are not admeasuring 1 acre. Hence any additional area of the actual plot selected will be calculated @ INR 60/- per sqft.
** The cottages of various investors can be promoted under Agro- Tourism concept. However, this will remain as a personal choice of each investor.
*** Common animal shelter will be constructed & all the animals (of various investors) will be kept & maintained in it only. The said land where this shed will be constructed will belong to the Developer & nominal rent will apply which will be mutually decided by the Developer & the Group of Investors.
# Maintenance charges will be applicable & is to be paid in advance on yearly basis.
## Monthly 2 visits will be done by the experts / consultants & their charges will have to be borne on actual by the group of investors.
